Paradise Stream Resort

And the third hotel with champagne towers is this Mount Pocono resort. Paradise Stream Resort is a romantic getaway that features a restaurant offering room service, a spa center, an outdoor fireplace, a game room with billiards, indoor and outdoor pools, and a nightclub with a DJ and dance floor. Other on-site activities include themed dinner nights, horseback riding, canoeing, hiking, and mini golf.

The adult-only suites come with many luxurious amenities, just like in the other Cove Pocono Resorts. Suites offered here are:
Garden of Eden Apple Suite,
– Diana’s Oasis Suite,
– Lakeside Villa Suite with Balcony,
– Cupid’s Suite, and
– Champagne Tower Suite.

The Garden of Eden Apple, Diana’s Oasis, and Champagne Tower suites come with a heated indoor pool, but all suites include a heart-shaped hot tub (except for the 7-foot tall champagne tub in the Champagne Towers).

How to Book the Champagne Tower Suite

  1. Choose the Right Room Type: To ensure you get a room with the Champagne Tower, you must select either the “Suite Champagne Tower” or the “Suite Roman Tower.” These are the only room types that feature the Champagne Tower.

  2. Beware of Other Suites: While other suites might offer luxurious amenities like a hot tub and a round bed, they do not come with the Champagne Tower. It’s essential to differentiate between the two to avoid disappointment.

  3. Visual Confirmation: To assist you in making the right choice, we’ve provided photographs of the suites that feature the Champagne Tower and those that don’t. This visual guide will help ensure you book the exact room you desire.

My wife and I spent two days and stayed in the Roman tower. This was the second time we stayed at the Pocono Palace Resort. The first experience was not very good as we found some points that left us a lot to be desired, the rooms were dirty and dingy, the bathtub was in a somewhat dubious situation to use, the restaurant, I personally do not recommend using it for dinner, as The meals were not consistent with the price charged, breakfast was spectacular. This last time I was at the resort, I thought the impression would be better, I was very frustrated because they are not investing in the place, the rooms are not well maintained. the bed sinking gave me a lot of back pain. Unfortunately, what I realized is that they are only thinking about money and not investing in pleasing the public. I would really like to recommend it, but if I do I will be embarrassed. I would really like the criticisms they read from the comments shown here to be taken seriously, as I see that many people here complain about the same things and don't resolve the situation, unfortunately if they continue like this, they won't get far

Nice resort- we went a week before they closed for good. Not sure who purchased it or what they will be doing with it.The meals we had were plentiful and delicious! Package came with Breakfast and Dinner. We had the Champagne Tower Suite that included a 7ft tall Champagne whirlpool and a heart shaped personal mini pool (so warm)

I didn't really like this place, the outside looks very neglected, the room looks dirty inside, you turned on the bathroom light and it made a strange sound, and it's ugly, it doesn't match the expensive price for one night.

I recently stayed at Pocono palace and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite paying extra for rose petals, I was disappointed to find only a few scattered across the room, and they were visibly wilted. It was clear that little effort was made to ensure their freshness.Furthermore, the condition of the room left much to be desired. Stains on the floor were a notable eyesore, indicating a lack of attention to cleanliness. Additionally, the jacuzzi, which should have been a highlight of the stay, was not properly maintained. Not only was it devoid of water, but its cleanliness was questionable.

We stayed in the most expensive sweet, had a nice time until we found ROACHES! disgusting, went to the front desk very nicely asked for the manager to call us when she came in. Scared they might also have bedbugs, we skipped the included breakfast left and washed all of our things. Manager has been dodging our calls for over a week! Glad this place is closing

The over stay was good but they did not show us the room neither did they check the room when we were checking out later they charged our card with $150 saying there was a bluetooth speaker missing which was never in the room to start with. Some one should check the room before giving and check it during checkout. I am very uphappy with this kind of ripoff.

For lovers of kitsch, this resort is a real treat. I’m so sad they’re closing next month!!Visited for one night in a Roman tower suite, loved it! Room was surprisingly clean and had a lot of amenities including: coupe glass jacuzzi, heart-shaped hot tub, TVs on each floor, twinkle lights in the ceiling above the round bed, Bluetooth sound system, shower with bench, and even a sauna. Also had two meals (breakfast and dinner) at the restaurant on-site. For the price, it was good! Nice quantity of food and really friendly service. This place is a healthy mix of deliciously cheesy, vintage, kitschy, and liminal. A true gem of lube, dust, and love.

As the "across-Echo-Lake property neighbors, we absolutely loved the meal tonight, touring around PP, and loving the best resort in the Poconos. Absolutely the best resort! Horrible and sadly it's being "sold out" to an international group and so many will lose their jobs. Horrible. 🤬😢 This resort should be still what it is - an amazing place for so many to stay and love. There's too little of that anymore but apparently money 💰 spoke regardless of the hurt. Outstanding staff and our hearts break for them of this classic beautiful Middle Smithfield Twp key place. So sad what was allowed to be done. 💔Next door property neighborsSteve and Sue.

Unfortunately in May of 2024 the resort will be sold. Not sure of what the plans are for it. But it was our favorite place to stay and we will definitely miss it.

The customer service is trash, the food wasn’t that great either, on top of the pool in the room being dirty, for the price you pay that’s wild. You get a buffet of whatever’s left over after everyone’s paws have been in it so first come first serve. If you need any help or order anything ahead of time don’t cause you won’t receive it and they will give you a hard time trying to reimburse you. If you get it on a discount then it’s worth it but for the price of a night and what they have to offer your better off spending your money somewhere else.

Rooms dated, but clean enough. Awesome amenities champagne tower, hot tub and sauna. Hot tub could of used repair and paint but still functional and nice. Ceiling fan about to drop out of ceiling but not necessary to use. Rooms look great still. Tvs dated, there was no hdmi connections with a usb port for power. So connecting a roku or fire stick was virtually impossible cool if your staying 1 or 2 nights but any longer and tv channels would be boring. Round bed cool but hard to get out of at times. Being able to control the temperature of the room and water was great. Hot water almost instant. Room temperature control up and downstairs great. Nice touch. Parking close to room big plus. Overall nice experience. Dining in restaurant was pleasant most days. Had one server who was was extremely poor, she left to go order at bar, took tip that was actually money for bill, (found that out by front desk), she just want polished or attentive a the other 3 wait staff. I have one more night here so I'll see if she was an anomaly or characteristic of the staff but I believe she was truly NOT indicative of the staff at Pocono Palace Resort. The room cleaning staff was great. We didn't have to use them much but they came by and extremely polite and helpful.

My partner and I stayed here for my birthday and it was a super relaxing trip! We stayed in the champagne tower suite and the room was wonderful! We loved all of the amenities! We also received a couples massage and that was fantastic! The massage was so nice and relaxing and the massage therapists were incredible and super accommodating! For the most part everything was great. One thing that I wanted to note was the food... Spooners was awesome! The dining hall was hit or miss. We had some meals that were delicious and others we could not finish. Lastly, the front desk staff... the morning of March 12th at 11am, the African American lady at the front desk was not nice at all. Extremely rude and is clearly in need of some customer service training. I was shocked and disappointed because all of the other staff were exceptional! Sad that you have her working there and leaving a bad taste in people's mouths at checkout. Other than that this place was great and I will certainly return to stay in some of the other rooms!

Exuding the relaxed atmosphere of a private club, Pocono Palace Resort is a romantic retreat on private Echo Lake in the heart of the Pocono Mountains - only an hour drive from the George Washington Bridge. A favorite of couples and honeymooners, this four-season resort property features 189 suites, two restaurants, a bar and the Applause Nightclub. With recent upgrades made around the property, including updates made to all 7 suite-types, guests are finding the Pocono Palace experience even more exciting than ever-before. Guests gather at the Indoor Activity Zone for racquetball, basketball, mini golf, tennis, billiards and arcade games, while spa-goers unwind in the Spa, where a menu of massages, aromatherapy wraps and other services promote relaxation and wellness. We had booked the Roman tower...The most expensive and the view was great..But the sad part was the ROMAN TOWER needs to be renovated..Wall paper stained and ripped.Water tanks were drained...There wasn't hot water for the room's pool and champagne bath tub ....They don't have smart TVs.The carpet wasn't clean and it was too old ..$$$$

Didn't stay here just visited before they close. It was our first time here, and we both enjoyed it. We looked around the whole premises and stopped by the gift shop to pick up a few souvenirs. Sad to hear this place is closing, especially when the poconos is known for its heart-shaped tubs & honeymooners. What resort will close next???🤦‍♀️

The buildings are old we had to switch rooms bc of numerous problems including ants in the room which was the last straw. I don't recommend the dinner package the food is hit or miss. Sometimes amazing, sometimes dry and old or they are out of items including ALL desserts. The hours are rly limited on some nights dinner is 6-730pm. Breakfast is great usually fresh and LOTS of selections. I wld stick to champagne glass or roman tower rooms bc they are well kept up. Check your pool immediately upon checking in to make sure it's full enough to be filtering and is clean. Whirl pool tubs in the older rooms pour out rusty water. If u cycle them through a cpl times u can clean them yourself. I've been here 4 times I do like the place but it needs more organization when it comes to maintenance upkeep. Housekeeping is not going to be able to maintain all features of the room. Rooms however are very unique and the property and activities are very nice. Very friendly staff especially in the dining room.

My husband and I went there for valentines celebration and it was a great location, the staff was extremely friendly and professional however the rooms were out dated and looks run down, nothing was modern and the entertainment was boring and old fashioned irs more for a older crowd we won't be returning.

The place was good, romantic and perfect for couples. But honestly very disappointed with the front desk service. The worst experience with the rude Hispanic front desk lady. She definitely needs training in how to speak and treat guests and just because of her I will not go back. Here is a pic of her..

Previously stayed at Paradise Stream and thought to try Pocono Palace. While the activities, crowd, entertainment was a much more enjoyable and fun experience vs Paradise Stream. The room was extremely disappointing. We stayed in room 328, Thursday-Sunday. The photos on the web are absolutely fake to what we actually had. It represented wood floors, cleanliness and updated room. My shower was actually tilting and sinking into the floor, I have vertigo and felt I was balancing myself in the shower. I reported this to the front desk Fri early afternoon and was told maintenance would come. No one came, no one called or made any effort to follow-up. The mirror was filthy, the carpet was filthy, we had to buy multiple plug in’s as the odor of the room was atrocious. The bed was actually broke in the middle and you sank into it. It’s just very disgusting to pay $566 a night and this is the kind of stay you receive.

I stayed at the fairway suite and it is severely outdated. There’s stains on the bed and the walls look so old and rusty. Nothing modern here. For the amount of money I paid and they charge here, I expect way more than this. I will never come to this place again.
